I heard your program on October 15,1980 6:20 AM Albuquerque time, the presentation of which disturbed me. i It was an interview whiots immediately following an interesting ABSCAM i operation. The speaker was described as the executive Hirector of the American Civil Liberties Union. This person ijdicated he was :¢oncerned how persons were "targeted" , for the ABSCAM operation. He suggested that something like a search warrant be obtained before a person is "targeted." But, my point is, why didn't you present a person with an :mswer | to the ACLU observations ? I understand the APSCAM progrfam was very carefully planned and monitored.
