They have up-to-date desktops, fast and secure connectivity, a user-friendly interface to the ACS case management system, the ability to access and search consolidated terrorism-related data, and new capabilities for sharing information inside and outside the Bureau. in the coming year, the Virtual Case File will revolutionize work processes related to case and information management. It will be easier than ever to resolve leads, find connections, and ensure that information finds its way to the agents, analysts, and managers who need to see it in real time. While there is still much to be done, these efforts are starting to deliver the technalogy we need to stay ahead of evolving threats.
