(LES) Four days later, on 11/29/99, Mohamed Atta departed Hamburg, Germany, to Karachi, Pakistan, via Istanbul, Turkey, on Turkish Airlines flight 1662 and Turkish Airlines flight 1056. Initially, on 11/25/09, Atta (using the name Elamir) purchased a one way ticket, with cash, from Hamburg to Karachi via Istanbul, He did not ase this ticket. He exchanged this ticket on 11/29/99 and made an additional payment with his Dresdner Bank Visa card for a new round trip ticket. Atta returned to Hamburg, Germany, on 2/25/00.
