Law Enforcement Sensitive (LES) Mzoudi was arrested in Hamburg on 10/10/02 and charged with “participation in an organization, the purpose and activity of which were directed toward committing murder and ermminal offenses dangerous to public safety,” in violation of Section 211; Section 315, paragraphs 1 and 3; and, Section 316, paragraphs I and 3 of the German Penal Code. Mzoudi went to trial on these charges on 8/14/03. On 2/5/04, Mzoudi was acquitted of all charges and remains in Germany, pending an appeal by the German government. INVESTIGATION CONTINUING UI.
