They come from an area bounded by Fifth Avenue on the east, Seventn Avenue on the west, 12zOth Street on tne south and 130th Street on the north, These particular gangs emanate from New York City Public School Number 120, which is a junior high school serving the above area and located near 120th Street at 1832 Madison Avenue. Tney also hang out around Kew York City Putlic School Number 65 located at 127 Westle7th Street(uy Tnese youths are typical of the numerous street tipe gangs that exist in Harler except thet they have been influenced by 41 individual who refers to himself as "Allah" and has inéoctrinated them in the distotted Muslim teachings of Nation of Islam (NOI) leader Eliph Muharmad Lay f characterization of the NCI is attached and all sources tnerin heve furnished reliable information in the past (W) Tris "Allah" 4s the recognized leader of the "Five Pertenters" and was one of the six arrested on May 31, 1965 by the New York City Police Department. Although at the time of his arrest he denied being an NOI member at present, he is known ts have been a member in the past where he received his "X name".
