RE: - BAPBOMB
BOMBING MATTERS
ReBurad 9/25/63.
A civilian employee of the Army at Fort
. Buchanon has been found who checked the locks on
oa Bunker 774 on 9/18 or 19/63, and locks intact at that
time. Thus theft occurred no earlier than 9/18/63.
Thus explosive in bombing of %6th St. Baptist
Church, Birmingham, 9/15/63, does not appear to have come
from the Composition C-4 plastic demolition charges
reported missing from Fort Buchanon.
