No- E-278 IP afr idar Specimens received 2/ foo Q29 One 5" magnetic recording sound tape Result of Examination: Q29 was reviewed and it was determined that the recording speed had varied from 15/16 inches per second at the beginning of the reel to approximately 60% of this speed near the end of the reel. A copy, on three 7" reels, was made of Q29 with the speed of Q29 constantly being adjusted to make the recorded material intelligible.
