BH 157-352 MINISTRATIVE It is noted that investigative period reflected herein includes investigation conducted prior to dates-of Birmingham reports dated 11/30/64 and 10/12/64, described as references. This was necessitated because of some investigation conducted prior to submission of Birmingham report dated 10/12/64 but results thereof not included therein. It is further noted that Birmingham report of 11/30/64 dealt solely with additional investigation as Ks r d by the Bureau concerning and investigation concerning primary suspe Cv conducted prior to submission of that report was not in- cluded therein; however, it is being reported herein. Close liaison has been maintained with Jefferson County Sheriff's Office and Birmingham Police Department, both of which are cooperative and vitally interested in the sclution of this case. Frequent contacts have been maintained with informants in this case and the information furnished by them, which is considered pertinent, is being set forth on the Administrative pages of this report.
