AAT Mobile does not believe an interview of CARTER is desirable at this time for the following reasons: (1) extreme likelihood of exposure of the informant in this matter; (2) possibility that CARTER was exaggerating or completely manu- facturing his story to the informant; (3) even if CARTER does know idéntities of Bapbomb subjects it is extremely doubtful that he would admit same to interviewing Agents or provide any information of value in this matter. As an alternative, Mobile suggests that info be instructed to continue close contacts with CARTER a Montgomery (as he has been doing) in an effort to again draw CARTER out on this matter.
