[laws and they were going to call the local police, The Agents suggested that if
they desired to do so this was their prerogative, After waiting for some time the
j Police « came, Dr. Fields also entered his home and the Agents were in'a position
to hear Dutton cali the police, at which time Dutton advised the police that there
were two communists at the house and they wanted these fellows arrested for tres-
pass. When the police arrived, Dutton was arrested for making a false call to the
jpolice department furnishing false information, The Agents were in a position to
clearly indicate that they heard Dutton make the call and would be giad to testify to
| this and so advised the local police department, The Agents, of course, acted
properly, stood their ground, and were not pushed around by a couple of psychopathic
punks, The fact that it ended up that Dutton was arrested indicates that the proper
i action was taken,
This case will be heard tomorrow, November 14, 1963, and the Agents
will testify that they were at Fields' home in connection with an nota 4 inquiry and ,
wili relate the incidents which occurred above. ,; - ye / re ns “oy rm
