NARRATIVE OF OFFENSE
‘ Set forth below is a list reflecting bombings
that have occurred in Birmingham since December of 1956;
which list is not complete nor was the bombing of December,
1956, the first bombing of a Negro home. It is noted
that these are bombings of Negro properties, Most of
the bombings of residences, except as indicated, were
in the Fountain Heights Section of Birmingham, often
referred to as Dynamite Hill. These were homes of
Negroes moving into a previously all-white area.

April, 1957, home of ASBURY HOWARD, Negro
labor leader at Bessemer, Alabama.

July, 1957, a Negro home in Fountain Heights,
area.
November, 1957, Negro home under construction.
in Bessemer, Alabama.
May, 1958, home of MRS, DORA MULDIN, Birminghan,
Alabama.
Jupe, 1958, Bethel Baptist Church, where Reverend
SHUTTLESWORTH was Pastor.
July, 1958, residence of WILLIAM BLACKWELL.
January 16, 1962, BETHEL BAPTIST CHURCH.
