(4 - SAC Roy K. Moore Birmingham advisedat =,
7:35 p.m,, that Charles Arnigy agle was tried in local oe
court today on charges of having in his possession dynamite.
This trial resulted in his conviction following which he was
fined $100 plus costs and sentenced to six months in jail at
hard labor. SAC Moore advised that the prosecution put on
only two witnesses that being police officers.

by the Alabama Highway Patrol (AHP) on 9-29-63, in connection
with the Birmingham bombings on open charges. John Wesley
“Hall was also taken into custody 10-1-63, by the AHP. All
three were charged on 10-1-63, with having in their possession
an explosive, to wit, dynamite, without a permit as required
by Section 451 of the General City Code of the city of Birmingham
of 1944.
SAC Moore advised further that no date has been A c
