SI1 CLIVB-R03I I would like to suggest that it would be well received if a senior official could circulate a personal note of appreciation to members of the Cabinet Office who were asked to report for communication and clerical duty in the COBH on Jubilee Day and the weekend 11-12 June. I speak not for the Defence Secretariat, naturally, but for those who voluntarily, and for a pittance, support that staff in an emergency, whose personal plans on those days must have been thrown awry but who did not hesitate to come when called. The ones concerned are shown below. I have added the names of RAP Technicians from MOD who were also called out, but hardly as volunteers.
