OBJECTIVE AND DETAILS OF WORK : The application of the magicians' art to covert activities. Mr. Mulholland was to prepare illustrations of techniques described in a manual he wrote under Projects 4 and 19, assists in theJHHMMHHpr which involves the design of devices for the covert delivery of materials and other miscellaneous services. He also prepared a paper on the magicians 'art and the covert communication of information (mind-reading). He also - advised on the surreptitious delivery of materials, deceptive movements and actions to cover normally prohibited activities.
