From the results of experiments, there are two aspects to this as follow: One is that under excitation by ESP, after matter enters an implicit state from an explicit state, the intended event can be completed in an instant. On the other hand, at times it has corresponding stability and continuity, and it takes a certain length of time to complete a process. Therefore, motion of implicit matter is controlled by the effects of ESP, is selective, and is not seriously restricted by time.
