Proud Boys Leader Tarrio Barred From BC. The AP (4/5, Balsamo, Long} reports, “A iudge has banned the ieader of
the Proud Boys, a farsight exiremist group, from the nation’ S$ capita: after ne was accused of vandalizing a Slack Lives Matier
banner af 2 historic Black church and found with high-capacity firearm magazines when he was arrested.” Enrique Tarrio is
barred “from entering the District of Columbia, with very limifed exceptions to meet with his alforney or appear in cour.” He was
arresied in Washington a the day before as he was arving ahead of protests. He is “accused of burning a Black Lives Matter
banner that was torn down from a historic Black church in downtown Washington last month.” Police say he “posted a confession
