These individuals were observed in Philadelphia in contact with WILT CHAMBERLAIN, the well known professional basket- ball player. This meeting occurred two or three weeks ago.. involving the Philadelphia team, and there was a considerable amount of gambling money paid on the game. CHAMBERLAIN is/ alleged to have twisted his knee in practice just prior to the game or the day before the game. This resulted in a very. poor performance during the game.
