NOTE: Bapbomb is the case involving the explosion at the Sixteenth Street Baptist Church, 9/15/63, Birmingham, in which four Negro girls were killed, Birmingham submitted LHM containing pertinent information from informants indicating actual involvement of prime suspects in this bombings and indicating the direction and emphasis of our investigation is sound and has been successful, The corrections requested should be made so that this LHM can be disseminated to the Department so that they will be fully advised.
